You may either get a full refund or replacement product after discussing with our team to decide what is the most appropriate. All clothing will be shipped in either a small shipping bag or a upcycled box to help reduce our waste. You can expect your order to be shipped out within 5-7 business days. All items are made when ordered. We are not responsible for any damages made in transit.
